Visiting our Website

When you visit our Website, our web server temporarily saves the connection data of the inquiring computer (e.g. IP-address), the sites you visit, the date and time of your visit, the detection data of the browser and operating system type and the website from which you visit us for the purpose of system security by default.

Contacting us via forms on our website

When contacting us, we collect personal data such as: Title, first name, surname, e-mail address and, if applicable, profession, specialization, your language and whether you have implants or are interested in getting one. We need this information to tailor our communication to your needs and to process orders. The legal basis is prior consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR.

Registration in the Doctor Portal

Dentists and dental professionals can create an account for our Doctor Portal and then gain access to the protected area. The protected area provides you with further information that is only suitable for a professional audience. You can also place orders through the Case Submission Center, which is part of the Doctor Portal. To create an account, we collect the following data:

Title, first name, surname, e-mail address, city, country, profession, specialization, your language and whether you are placing implants. We need this information to tailor our communication to your needs and to process orders. The legal basis is prior consent and the performance of the contract.

For case handling and the associated communication in the Case Submission Center, we collect logging data in order to comply with our legal documentation obligations and to support you in the order process.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Data

When you do provide us with personal data, we only use for the purpose of fulfilling your requests, i.e. generally for processing and to answer your inquiry or to performance of the contract. We do not use this data for product-related surveys and marketing purposes.


NDI AG takes all necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from loss and misuse. Your data is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public. If you wish to contact NDI AG by e-mail, we would like to point out that the confidentiality of the transmitted information is not guaranteed. The content of emails can be viewed by third parties.
